FDG PET/CT imaging is a useful diagnostic tool in the evaluation of both neoplastic and inflammatory lesions and has a promising role in monitoring therapeutic response. We present a 50-year-old man whose initial PET/CT scan showed multiple foci of intense FDG activity in lytic lesions in the bones.
